MISSION

The Diversity Awareness Initiative for Students, DAIS, is an organization dedicated to strengthening our schools and ourselves, through increased knowledge, awareness, and respect for different cultures.  Its members are comprised of students from independent, public, and parochial schools, who wish to discuss and improve human relations within the community and society at large.

DAIS General Meeting at Packer Collegiate Institute

Topic of Discussion- "It Finally Hit Me!"- A discussion on domestic and dating violence.

All students in  grades 8 - 12, who are interested in participating in DAIS are invited to attend this meeting for discussion on this crucial topic. 

Directions by Train- Take the 4 or 5 to Borough Hall. Walk 1/2 block up Joralemon towards Clinton. The school is on the left, in the middle of the block. OR- Take the 2 or 3 train to Borough Hall. Walk up Court Street towards Joralemon. Make a right onto Joralemon, towards Clinton. The school is on the left, in the middle of the block.
