MISSION

The Diversity Awareness Initiative for Students, DAIS, is an organization dedicated to strengthening our schools and ourselves, through increased knowledge, awareness, and respect for different cultures. Its members are comprised of students from independent, public, and parochial schools, who wish to discuss and improve human relations within the community and society at large.

Topic of Discussion- "Who runs the world?": Feminism or Meninism- the gender privilege olympics

All students in grades 8 - 12, who are interested in participating in DAIS are invited to attend this meeting for discussion.

Directions by train- Take the 4 or 5 train to 59th Street. Switch to the 6 local to 77th Street. Walk east on 77th Street until you are between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. The school is on the right hand side of this block.
